I've worked in the mental health field for over 25 years, in private practice, as a therapist supervisor and in crisis response. I've worked with children and families, couples and individuals. My educational programs and classes through Up & up Wellness presents mental health and wellness ideas in a way that is easy to understand and easy to apply.
